This manual contains crucial support materials, information, and forms for the Arkansas High School Mock Trial program. 

 

Arkansas Bar Association Mock Trial Rules of Competition

All trials will be governed by the Rules of the Competition and the Rules of Evidence as presented in these materials.  Questions or interpretations of these rules prior to the competition are within the discretion of the Arkansas Bar Association Mock Trial Committee, whose decision is final. During competition, interpretation of these rules rest with the presiding judges, but are subject to review by the Arkansas Bar Association Mock Trial Committee

May It Please the Court 
An original video teaching resource created by the Georgia High School Mock Trial Committee.  The DVD features interviews with students, teacher, and attorney coaches in the Georgia competition and trial footage.  The resource booklet consolidates many of the teaching resource available from the Georgia Mock Trial office and is expandable to incorporate an individual's team activities.
