Administrative Order Three - Court Operations During The Covid-19 Pandemic

The Court has entered another Administrative Order about operations during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  If the defendant consents, the Court has authorized expanded use of video teleconferencing, and telephone conferencing if video conferencing is unavailable, in preliminary criminal proceedings, including felony pleas and felony sentencings.  Administrative Order Three is here.
