The Guide to Arkansas Statutes of Limitations, Eighth Edition, is exactly what its title says it is: A Guide. The Young Lawyers Section of the Arkansas Bar Association has made every effort to ensure that The Guide is accurate and complete as of May 2017. The Guide, however, is no substitute for individual research and statutory examination. The law is ever-changing and the best sources of information remain the Code itself, relevant case law and the Court Rules.
