Increase Interaction at Your Booth

  • Decorate your booth to draw attention.
  • Furnish your booth with comfortable seating, rugs, lamps and other decor to invite guests to stay and learn more about your business.
  • Place promotional giveaways in a location where people will have to walk into or through your display to get them.
  • Offer prize drawings. Having some kind of prize drawing or contest is a great way to collect contact information from booth visitors. Exhibitors are responsible for any prize drawings at the booth. When available, exhibitors may utilize the stage area during break times to announce prize drawings.
  • Hold scheduled demonstrations that coordinate with the break times.
  • Offer a charging station for cell phones and iPads.
  • Actively engage booth visitors. Play games such as prize wheel, Wii or Xbox, Baggo, or anything that will encourage visitors to stop and have fun.  (Check out the iPrizeWheel app)
  • Think of ways to make you and your booth approachable.
  • Stay until the end of the show. The Association will announce the grand prize winner of the “score card” during the luncheon on Friday. The meeting attendee must be present to win.
  • Outside food and beverage (excluding candy and snacks) is prohibited by the Hot Springs Convention Center.  Any food or beverage must be ordered directly from Turf Catering.  If you are unsure if your snack will be allowed, please contact Anna Hubbard for approval.
